SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING - INITIAL CLINICAL ASSESSMENT SESSION $200, SESSIONS THEREAFTER RANGE FROM $120 - $160
Sessions can be held via telehealth, telephone, or in person. The first session includes an Initial Clinical Mental Health Assessment $200. Session thereafter can be 55-60 minutes $160 or with less time 40-45 minute session $120. The first few sessions will be focused on building a relationship of trust and collaborating together to create a plan of treatment. Along the way I will teach you therapeutic techniques and coping skills to assist you in managing emotional disturbances and unhealthy beliefs.
